4, other maintenance
(1) every time should be check before starting the machine, if discovery is unusual, should be timely troubleshooting.If encounter bad lubrication, should be immediately in the relevant part view and add lubricant.
(2) at the end of the operation, shut off the power source in time to clean the surface of the machine, the condensed water discharge air filter regularly.Axis of speed regulating valve, the hexagrams, and each part to avoid collision.
(3) the linear guide rail must often wipe clean oil and perfusion of butter, to prevent rust affect accuracy.
(4) solvent, ink and other volatile products, not placed on the machine when using, do not use too many solvents to wipe the collective of the lacquer that bake, control panel, to prevent corrosion damage or destroy switch and wire the function.
5, regular maintenance
Monthly maintenance: the machine run to the end of the month, should check each part, in case of lubricant solidification condition, should be erased and gasoline cleaning, back into the lubricant.
Maintenance: six months under normal circumstances, machine maintenance thoroughly once every six months: comprehensive check whether there is any rust and wear on the movable joint parts, poor lubrication condition, such as the abnormal cashback, immediate attention.
Annual maintenance: the machine is running to one year and shall be fully check machine: wear of the mechanical part need to check the presence of rust, lubrication bad situation, colleagues to check all the throat tracheal gas, if there is any breakage, should be replaced immediately.
