The printing rubber head is made of printing silicone and used for the trademark LOG pattern. So in the process of using the printing rubber head is too sticky to remove ink how to solve it?
There are two two possibilities:
First problem is rubber head,if the printing silicone solidifies normally, the surface of the rubber head is dry, Dry printing rubber head adhesive dust is impossible; So most of this situation is caused by the printing rubber head is not completely solidified; There are three reasons why the rubber head not solidify, The first is that the ratio of curing agent is less, and the rubber head can not be completely solidified, According to the electronic scale ratio, Can't use the measuring cup because the density is different; The second is that food grade printing silicone contact with something which includes nitrogen and phosphorus and sulfur, these substances contact produced a chemical reaction caused by non-curing; The third is that the rubber head has not reached the solidified time for production and use, this is also the case.
The second reason may appear on the ink, if the ink is too dry and the water moisture, form a group, may also be bonded and then move the adhesive head, the ink has a certain bonding performance.
If this is the first case, then the problem can be solved by replacing the rubber head, replacement is also a trick, just replace the surface layer to save a lot of material costs; If the second ink is too dry, then only add a certain percentage of solvent can solve it, and consult the ink factory how to deal with it.
